OHS · process safety · fire protection

Safety that lives in the field, not in a binder.

Oprez brings permits to work, incident reports, corrective actions and instructions into one app — on the worker’s phone, the supervisor’s tablet and the safety team’s desktop.

For refineries, chemical and process plants, energy, manufacturing and contractors.

Why Oprez

Paper, spreadsheets and e-mail don’t stop accidents.

Most industrial sites have procedures. The trouble is that binders, spreadsheets and late signatures stand between the procedure and the person in the field.

Permits travel in triplicate

Signatures are collected across the plant, nobody knows which permits are active, and gas readings end up on the back of the form.

Near misses go unreported

If a report takes a form and half an hour, it won’t get written. The most valuable warning signs are lost.

Instructions exist but go unread

A signed attendance sheet doesn’t prove the worker saw the latest version before starting the job.

Actions stay open

Corrective actions from reports, inspections and audits are scattered across spreadsheets with no due date and no effectiveness check.

Features

Everything the safety team does, in one place.

Modules that work together: the permit knows about trainings and medicals, an incident report becomes an action, every action has an owner and a due date.

Permits to work and risk analysis

From request to close-out without a single sheet of paper

A wizard guides the requester through the job, the place, the people and the risks. The approval chain is signed electronically, and before every signature Oprez checks that workers hold valid trainings and medicals and that the contractor is qualified.

  • Work types follow your rules: hot work, confined space, work at height…
  • 5×5 risk analysis with hazards and controls proposed from a library
  • Gas testing in the field — a reading out of limits suspends the work automatically
  • Post-work fire watch for hot work and a view of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) by location

Incident reporting

A report in 30 seconds, even with no signal

The worker picks the event type and takes a photo; location and time fill in by themselves. The report waits on the phone and is sent as soon as there is coverage. Unsafe acts and near misses can be reported anonymously.

  • Injuries, near misses, dangerous occurrences, fires, spills, unsafe conditions
  • Emergency numbers on screen for serious events
  • Triage: actual and potential severity, process safety Tier 1–4, lost days
  • A serious injury alerts the safety team and management at once and reminds them of the 24-hour statutory report

Documents and instructions

The right instruction, in the right version, in the right place

Safe work instructions, procedures, evacuation plans and safety data sheets go through review and approval, and publishing automatically asks the workers concerned to confirm they have read them.

  • Shown as a card, step by step with pictures, or as the full document
  • A QR label on the equipment always opens the current version
  • Search in Cyrillic or Latin script, with or without diacritics
  • Who has read it and who hasn’t — and “unclear / outdated” feedback that becomes a task

Actions and tasks

One register for every corrective action.

Actions from incident reports, investigations, permits and instructions end up in the same place. Everyone’s home screen shows what awaits their signature and what is due.

Due dates and escalation

Reminders before the due date; overdue actions go to the supervisor and the safety team.

Evidence and verification

An action is closed with evidence and photos, then checked for effectiveness.

Notifications in your language

In the app, by push, e-mail or SMS — in Serbian or English.

In the field

Built for people in coveralls.

Gloves, noise, no signal. That is why Oprez is a phone app first and an office tool second.

Works without signal

Reports and forms wait on the phone and are sent automatically when coverage returns.

QR codes in the field

Scan a piece of equipment or a location to open its instruction or permit.

Serbian and English

Everyone picks their language and script (Latin or Cyrillic); notifications arrive in it.

Big controls

Buttons at least 48 pixels tall, usable with gloves on.

Dictation and photos

Speak the description instead of typing it; add pictures straight from the camera.

Installs like an app

Add Oprez to the home screen without an app store. Native Android and iOS apps are in the works.

Compliance and security

A record that stands up to an inspection.

Oprez is built around Serbian occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations, and around industry process safety practice.

Built for Serbian regulations

Risk assessment act per job position, training and medical records, statutory injury reports.

Tamper-evident audit trail

Every change is written to a hash-chained log, so any later tampering is visible.

Electronic signatures

Permit and document approvals record the signer’s name, role and time.

Roles and access

Worker, supervisor, safety team, contractor, management — each sees what is theirs. Two-factor sign-in (MFA).

Sensitive data

Injury and medical details are visible only to authorised people, and every read is logged.

A separate database per company

One company’s data never shares a database with another’s.
